At this stage, we cannot grant relief in favour of the petitioner in terms of the prayers in the Petition, however, we direct Respondent No.1 to take the decision on the representation dated 2nd March, 2013 filed by the Association of which the petitioner is a member, if the same is already not decided, keeping in view the Government

6241.16WP policy, on its own merits as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within 12 weeks from today.

Needless to observe that in case, Respondent No.1 wishes to hear the petitioner or Association of which the petitioner is member, Respondent No.1 will be at liberty to do same.

We have not expressed any opinion on merits of the subject matter of the Petition.

The Petition is disposed of in the above terms.

The parties shall act upon authenticated copy of this order.
