It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that his tribe claim is pending with respondent No.2 the Scheduled Tribe Caste Certificate, Scrutiny Committee, Aurangabad and the same is not decided yet.

In the circumstances, it would be expedient that respondent No.2 decides the tribe claim of the petitioner, if not already decided, as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.

Till disposal of the tribe claim of petitioner by respondent No.2, no coercive action be taken against the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
