1] This petition takes exception to the report of Enquiry Committee dated 16.03.2015.

2] We have considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, perused the petition, grounds taken therein, annexures thereto and the contents of the enquiry report and the affidavit in reply filed by respondents. In our opinion, the findings arrived at by the Committee are in consonance with the documents of enquiry. Hence, we do not see any reason to entertain this petition. Writ petition is dismissed. [A.M.
