The learned Advocate appearing for the respondent/University has placed on record the resolution dated 21-07-2022, passed by the State of Maharashtra, wherein the provision of alternate remedy of appeal is provided before the University and College Tribunal, Nagpur. 2.

In view of the same, the petitioner is permitted to file the appeal before the said Tribunal against the impugned order. 3.

Needless to mention that the time taken in prosecuting this writ petition would be excluded under Section 14 of the Limitation Act to file appeal before the Tribunal.
