This application is for restoration of the first appeal. 3.

The registration of the appeal was refused by conditional order dated 19-12-2023 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this court. Pursuant to the said order office objections were not removed by the applicants and consequently registration came to be refused.

Since the prayer is for restoration of the appeal, it is not necessary to issue notice to the other side. 5.

Since now the applicants are ready to remove all the office objections within four weeks, this court is inclined to allow the application. Hence, the application stands allowed subject to removal of office objection within stipulated period. 6.

The appeal be restored to its original status subject to above.
