Instant petition is presented seeking issuance of direction to Respondent-Scrutiny Committee to accept the proposal for verification of caste certificate since the petitioner is desirous of seeking admission to professional course as against a seat earmarked for specified reserved category. Considering the request made by petitioner, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to Respondent-Scrutiny Committee to accept the proposal of the petitioner for verification of caste certificate and to take decision in the matter, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the proposal.
