The petitioner has already tendered an application to the Sub Divisional Officer, Degloor on 20.04.2018 requesting him to issue corrected certificate recording correct nomenclature of the tribe i.e. 'Koli Mahadev'.

The petitioner is in reply of the certificate issued by the Deputy Collector, Land Acquisition, Nanded, whereby entry in respect of tribe is recorded as 'Mahadev Koli'. The Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order, 1950, records entry at Sr.No.29 as 'Koli Mahadev'. Thus, the certificate issued by the Deputy Collector, Land Acquisition, Nanded on 29.06.2011, is not in consonance with the entry in respect of tribe recorded in the Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order, 1950. In such circumstances, direction needs to be issued to the Sub Divisional Officer to issue corrected tribe certificate recording entry of the tribe as 'Koli Mahadev' on production of original tribe certificate received by the petitioner on

{2} wp624018.odt 29.06.2011 and without embarking for any further enquiry into the matter, within seven days from the date of approach of the petitioner.

With the directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of.
