We have heard Mr. Deshpande the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal has refused to condone the delay of 9 years and 10 months.

The learned counsel submits that there is a provision of Second Revision. The petitioner had availed the said remedy however there was delay. The petitioner had approached the Tribunal only for directions against the respondents for considering the said delay. 4.

We have heard the learned A.G.P. also. We do not find any error in the order of the Tribunal rejecting the application for 1/2

In case, the Second Revision filed by the petitioner is maintainable before the Authority after lapse of 11 years then it is for the Authority to consider the same. The Authority may take decision upon the same, in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
