In pursuance to the notices issued to the respondents, respondent No.4 has filed affidavit-in-reply. In paragraph No.5 of the affidavit, it is stated that the petitioner Rajkumar Panchade has been accorded permanent approval from the academic year 2008-09 as per the proposal received from the Head Master, Madhyamik Ashram School, Bothi Tanda, Tq. Chakur, Dist. Latur. Since the recognition of the

311.15cp said school is withdrawn w.e.f. 21.5.2013, the Assistant Commissioner, Social Welfare, Latur has been directed to place the petitioner in the list of surplus candidates maintained by his office for absorption. The directions have also been issued to pay the arrears of his pay and allowances.

In that view of the matter, in our opinion, the order of which disobedience is alleged in this contempt petition has been complied with.

Contempt petition stands disposed of.
