Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent.

This Court has discussed the facts of the case in detail in the order dated 29.6.2022. The applicant is a power of attorney of the co-accused. The co-accused is the owner of the few plots arising out of survey no.19. The applicant was acting strictly as per the terms of the power of attorney. The complainant falsely claimed that the applicant is selling the property belonging to his grand-father. 3.

The learned A.P.P. has submitted that the complainant has apprehension of selling the property belonging to his grand-father. He has opposed the bail application.

Perused the papers. Considering the facts discussed in the earlier order, this Court is of the view that the applicant has a good case for anticipatory bail. Hence, the following order:- i) The application is allowed.

ii) The order granting interim protection dated 29.6.2022 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions.
