1] The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the impugned order can be challenged before the Maharashtra State Co-operative Appellate Tribunal. 2] The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition so as to enable him to approach the authority to challenge the impugned order.

3] The petitioners are permitted to withdraw the present Writ Petition with aforesaid liberty, as may be available in law.

4] In the event the petitioners file proceedings challenging the impugned order, the time spent in

6823.22WP prosecuting the present Writ Petition would be excluded under Section 14 of the Limitation Act for computing the period of limitation in filing the appropriate proceedings before the authority.

5] In view of disposal of Writ Petition, Civil Application No.9710 of 2022 does not survive and the same stands disposed of.
