Petitioner's proposal has been waiting for verification before the respondent No. 2/Scrutiny Committee since January 2023. He is in need of the decision since he intends to take admission through on going NEET 2024 process of which even results have been declared.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent No. 2/Scrutiny Committee to make an endeavour to decide petitioner's proposal, on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four (04) weeks from today.
