This application is filed for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited by respondent M.S.R.T.C. 2.

Learned advocate for respondent has strenuously opposed the application stating that claimants are not entitled for withdrawal of compensation amount.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% amount of compensation on filing undertaking and 50% amount on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
