The petitioner's proposal is awaiting disposal by the scrutiny committee since 07.02.2024.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that in the matter of Amol Iresh Annamwar, who happens to be the cousin uncle of the petitioner, this Court has directed a certificate of validity to be issued in Writ Petition No. 13550/2023 by the order dated 30.10.2023. He submits that the vigilance enquiry was conducted in the matter of Amol Annamwar. The petitioner is ready to adopt the reply filed by him, and the committee be directed to decide the proposal expeditiously in order to enable the petitioner to ensure her admission to the professional course. 4.

The Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the committee to decide the petitioner's proposal as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, within four weeks. The committee may consider the request of the petitioner to adopt the reply filed by Amol.
