Shindhankar and Shahaji Shankar Satav as parties to the petition in the capacity as petitioner Nos. 3 and 4 stating that during the pendency of proceedings said Anjanabai Baba Kothimbire has sold the properties to these two persons. 2.

This Court finds that such applicants who came on
