The Petitioner has challenged the judgment and order dated 29.07.2013 delivered by the Industrial Court in Complaint (ULP) No.45/2009 filed by the Respondent herein.

In an identical set of facts emerging from Writ Petition No.3382/2015 (The Parbhani District Central Cooperative Bank Ltd. v/s Rangnath Bhaurao Chokhat) involving the same Petitioner herein and identically placed Respondent, this Court has taken a view vide judgment dated 08.10.2014.

I do not find that Mr.Deshmukh, learned Advocate for the
