Petitioner's proposals dated 03.05.2013 (Exhibit-F) and (Exhibit-G) dated 03.12.2016 are pending with the respondents for starting additional divisions. However, as is being pointed out by the learned AGP, the selfsame request of the petitioner was already considered by this Court in Writ Petition No.4743 of 2017 with connected matters, by order dated 13.06.2017, whereby considering the request of the petitioner direction was issued to the respondents for taking decision on the selfsame proposals. In the wake of the fact that already this Court had an occasion [1]

935-wp-6310-2024.odt to and had allowed the petitioner's request by issuing directions, a fresh petition would not lie.

The writ petition is dismissed.

Needless to state that it would always be open for the petitioner to resort to the appropriate remedies in the light of the order passed by this Court.
