The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has submitted an application for One Time Settlement with respondent no. 5 / Bank. The same is not being decided.

Mr. Bedre, learned Counsel appears for Respondent No. 5 and submits that no such application has been given by the Petitioner and the Government Resolutions and the Circulars relied by the Petitioner with regard to One Time

2 wp 8234.2021 Settlement are not applicable to Respondent No. 5, those are in respect of the Co-operative Banks. Respondent no. 5 is a Multi-State Co-operative Bank.

In the light of said dispute amongst the parties, it would not be possible for this Court to decide the same. If the Petitioner has any grievance with regard to the working of Respondent No. 5, the Petitioner may approach the Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies in that regard. 4.

All contentions of respective parties are kept open.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
