The prayer put forth by the petitioner in prayer clause "B" of the petition reads as under :- "By issue of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, the respondents No.1 and 2 may kindly be directed to submit the Handwriting Expert report in RCC No.111/2014, pending before the learned J.M.F.C. Kalamnuri, Dist.Hingoli as directed by the said Court vide order dated 12.3.2015."

The Police Sub Inspector, Police Station Kalamnuri has communicated to the Registrar (Judl.) of this Court that the opinion of the handwriting expert has been submitted to the Supdt. of Police, Hingoli in a sealed envelope. The said communication alongwith khs/JUNE 2016/779-d

accompanying letters (4 pages) are taken on record and marked "X" collectively for identification. It was by the order of this Court dated 03/05/2016 that the status as regards the handwriting expert in CR No.14/2014 was called for.

Considering the above and in the light of the fact that the report of the handwriting expert has already been submitted to the learned Judicial Magistrate, F.C. Kalamnuri vide communication dated 10/06/2016, the purpose for which this petition has been filed, has been achieved.
