Dispute is about grant in aid. It is submitted that fresh policy has been introduced by the Government under Resolution dated 29th January, 2020.

The petitioner may make an application as per the policy dated 29th January,2020. If such application is made, the respondents shall consider the same in accordance with law and procedure, preferably within six months.

The impugned order would not be an impediment for considering the application of the petitioner in tune with the policy under Government Resolution dated 29th January, 2020.

4.

Writ petition accordingly disposed of. No costs. All contentions are kept open.
