The learned Advocates for the parties make a joint request that the petition may be disposed of by directing learned First Appellate Court to decide Regular Civil Appeal No.66 of 2023 within a stipulated period 2.

The petition is disposed of directing the learned Appellate Court to decide the said appeal on or before 30.11.2025. The execution of the decree passed by the learned Trial court shall stand stayed till the final disposal of the Appeal. 3.

In the event, the appellants avoid to argue the Appeal on merits it will be open for the respondents to file appropriate application for vacation of interim order in the present Writ Petition which is being disposed of today.
