We have heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. The Pollution Control Board had notified the petitioner about certain deficiencies with reference to the live poultry farm, which is situated at Panchawatinagar, District Latur.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that all the deficiencies would be cured and the compliance

7742.21WP report would be submitted to respondent no.2 as well as respondent no.3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. The petitioner shall remove all deficiencies and intimate respondent nos. 2 and 3 in writing. These respondents are at liberty to visit the petitioner's premises and verify as to whether the premises are legally compliant and deficiencies have been removed. Thereafter, take a decision whether to de-seal such premises. We expect the said exercise to be completed within a period of 3 (three) weeks from the date of the communication by the petitioner.
