Registry has placed this matter for speaking to the minutes of Order dated 4th December, 2024.

It is pointed out that, in operative part clause (ii) of the said order, the word 'Jalgaon' in line no. 5 is inadvertently mentioned as 'Jalgaon' instead of 'Jalna'.

In view of above, after incorporating the said correction, clause (ii) of the operative order would be read as under :- "(ii) In view of this, the conviction of the applicant, and the sentence imposed upon him, vide order in S.C.C. No. 589 of 2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class-4, Jalna, dated 08.11.2021 and as con@rmed by the learned Adhoc District Judge-1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Jalna in Criminal Appeal No. 14 of 2021, dated 22.09.2022, are set aside."

Order be corrected accordingly.
