It is informed at the bar that the Regular Civil Suit No.76/2014 is dismissed in default. The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that he has already filed restoration proceedings. However, fact remains that the petition is rendered infructuous because of the dismissal of Regular Civil Suit No.76/2014.

The writ petition is disposed of as infructuous, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order impugned in the present petition in future, if necessary.
