DATE : 20th October, 2021 P.C.:- Learned counsel for the applicant Shri Sohail Subhedar h/f. Shri Ghanekar learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is suffering from HIV. He submits that earlier application was withdrawn as this Court was not inclined to grant any relief. He further submits that purpose of this application will be served if the trial Court is directed to dispose of the trial within a specified period. In view of this, application is disposed of as withdrawn.

Learned trial Court is directed to dispose of the trial within a period of one year. In case the trial is not concluded within that time the applicant is at liberty to move the trial Court for bail.
