This petition is filed for issuing direction to respondent No.2 to fill up the 40% of total vacant posts of Kendra Pramukh in Hingoli District by direct recruitment as per Government Resolution dated 2nd February, 2010 of School Education and Sports Department.

Along with the reply-affidavit, the Government has filed the rules which are now framed and binding on the Zilla Parishad. This shows that the ratio of appointment by nomination, selection and promotion to the employees shall now be 50:25:25, respectively. The local body is expected to follow this rule and make the appointment, and in view of that, nothing survives in this petition.

In view of above, Writ Petition stands disposed of.
