The applicant is seeking recalling of order dated 30.08.2016 whereby registration of his first appeal was refused for non-removal of office objections. There is also a huge delay for filing this application and in the meantime, the appeal memo and annexures are also destroyed. The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to reconstruct the documents and to remove all the office objections within four weeks. 3.

In view of the same, the order dated 30.08.2016 stands recalled and the appeal after reconstruction be restored for removal of office objections within four weeks subject to deposit of cost of Rs.3,500/- to be paid to the Library,
