PER COURT :- 1.

The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has submitted proposal for transfer of a closed grant in aid hostel for backward class students in the State, in favour of the petitioner institution and accord an approval to run the same in Kumtha (Bk). Learned counsel submits that said proposal is recommended by respondent No.3 and forwarded the same to the respondent No.2. The respondent No.2 in turn recommended and forwarded it to the respondent No.1. The learned counsel submits that same is pending with the respondent No.1 from the year 2009. No decision has been taken on it.

Learned AGP submits that, in case, said proposal is pending with the respondent No.1, then respondent No.1 would take decision on it on its own merits.

In light of the above, we pass following order.

O R D E R

In case, proposal (Exh.'D') is pending with Respondent No.1, then the respondent No.1 shall decide the same, on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within SIX MONTHS.

Writ Petition stands disposed of.
