Applicants have moved this application to condone the delay caused in filing Civil Application for bringing the LRS of deceased respondent nos. 2, 3, 6 and 8 and for permitting them to bring them on record.

For which learned Advocate for respondent nos. 8A and 8C have objected. Despite the service of notice (except respondent no. 5D), none appeared. List the Writ Petition on 15.12.2025. 3.

However, considering the reasons disclosed in the application, I deem it appropriate to allow the same. As such, the application is allowed as prayed. Delay is condoned. Applicants are

2 23.odt permitted to bring LRS of respondent nos. 2, 3, 6 and 8 on record within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, the application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. Upon carrying out the amendment, applicants are required to serve a copy of the appeal memo on respondents within one week thereafter. 4.
