Having heard the learned counsel for the Applicant (Original Petitioner), we find that with passage of time, the prayer in the original Petition itself is rendered infructuous. 2.

This is an Application seeking restoration of the Writ Petition, which stood disposed of on account of failure to remove office objections. There is also a prayer in this Application for condonation of delay of 157 days .

In the light of our observation that the original Writ Petition itself appears to have been rendered infructuous, there would be no purpose keeping the present Application pending. 4.
