The petitioners have put forth prayer clause (B) as under :- "(B) By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the like nature, thereto direct the respondent - Deputy Charity Commissioner, Latur to conclude, decide an dispose of the change reports bearing Nos. 13/2012, 356/2013, 2184/2017, 383/2018, which are pending before him expeditiously and preferably within the period of 4 months." 2.

Having considered the submissions of the learned advocate for the petitioners and the learned A.G.P., we find that there are several disputed issues before the Deputy Charity Commissioner. There are four change reports pending. There are two factions amongst the

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of. We would expect the Deputy Charity Commissioner, Latur to consider the change report Nos. 13/2012 and 356/2013, as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 30.12.2022, in the event of there being no legal impediment and no other order passed by this Court or by the Hon' ble Supreme Court concerning the said proceedings. Thereafter, the remaining change reports may be considered as per the pendency before the Deputy Charity Commissioner.
