Mr. Manorkar, the learned counsel submits that, the notification U/Sec. 3A of the National Highways Act has lapsed. Fresh notification would be issued and till the time fresh steps for acquisition are taken, no work would be done on the writ land of petitioners.

In view of the said statement made, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
