Learned counsel for the applicants states that the applicants are trying to settle the matter outside the Court with the Corporation and the Government and as such would like to withdraw the present Petition. However, if the settlement is not arrived at then the applicants be given liberty to approach this Court. 3.

We have heard Mr.Pagare, learned counsel. Learned counsel states that he has already intimated about the present Civil Application to the Respondent-Corporation.

Considering the fact that applicants want to withdraw the

Writ Petition and no order against the Respondents is sought by withdrawing the present Writ Petition, the Civil Application is allowed. The applicants are allowed to withdraw the Writ Petition. In case subsequently some orders are passed by the Corporation or the State, thereby not accepting the cause of the applicants then the applicants may approach the competent Court for redressal of their grievance.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
