Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant seeks cancellation of bail on the ground of the breach of the bail conditions. The respondents have filed the certificate of Sarpanch certifying that they are residing at another village. The applicant failed to satisfy the Court that in breach of the bail conditions, respondent No.3 entered the village. Therefore, the bail is not liable to be cancelled. For want of material evidence to believe the breach of the conditions, the applicant would not stand.
