It appears that after filing of the petition the Competent Authority has decided the objection of the petitioners and has directed the amount to be deposited with the District Court, Aurangabad. The dispute now as per the order of the Competent Authority will have to be referred to the District Court under Section 3-H(4) of the National Highways Act as the Competent Authority has already directed the amount to be deposited with the District Court, Aurangabad.

The parties may expedite the process before the Principal Court of Original Civil Jurisdiction Aurangabad where the amount has been
