This application is filed by respondent nos. 1 to 3 in First Appeal No. 57 of 2000, which is already dismissed by this Court on 15.6.2005. Applicant no.3 has also executed special power of attorney in favour of applicant no.1.

As per office note, amount of Rs.1,61,445/- including accrued interest till 10.8.2018 is lying in this Court.

Therefore, permission is granted to the

ca9759.18 applicants to withdraw entire compensation amount and accrued interest thereon till today, subject to proper identification by the Registrar (Judicial). The share of applicant no.3 Shamina Mohd. Rafique be paid to power of attorney holder applicant no.1 Abdul Gaffar Abdul Aziz.

Civil Application is disposed of.
