The petitioner is challenging the order of the Grievance Committee constituted U/Sec. 79 of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016 (for short "Said Act"). 2.

The petitioner has remedy U/Sec. 81 of the said Act before the University and College Tribunal.

In view of that, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. In that event all contentions are kept open. No costs.
