ORDER:

1) Today learned counsel for both the sides submitted that before the mediator the parties have settled the dispute and they had signed the terms of compromise before the mediator. The record is produced by the mediator. All the parties were present before the mediator and the parties are identified by their respective counsels. Today, son of Pravina, respondent No.2 is present in Court to whom power of attorney is given by Pravina. It is taken on record. Learned counsel for both the sides requested to make order for preparing

2 SA 343 of 2015 compromise decree in the terms mentioned in the compromise terms prepared before the mediator. 2) Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 submitted that one compromise terms dated 9-3-2016 was filed on the record of this appeal and it was in respect of respondent No.1 and the appellant. He further submitted that this compromise is not in inconsistent with the aforesaid compromise and he requests to prepare the decree in those terms also.

3) In view of the statements and the record, the appeal is allowed. The decrees prepared by the trial Court and the first appellate Court are modified. New decree is to be prepared in terms of the settlement which is signed before the mediator and also in terms of the compromise terms dated 9-3-2016. Pending civil applications are disposed of.
