1] Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
2] The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that, the answer-sheets are already assessed by the Examiners from the other University. The record to that effect was made available for our perusal in a sealed envelope.
3] Upon perusal of the documents in a sealed envelope, it appears that, the answer-sheets were sent for assessment to the Examiner of the other University. It appears that, revaluation is done by the Examiner from the North Maharashtra University. In case the petitioner wants that, again University should send the answer-sheet to the Examiner from other University, the respondents are ready to send the same to the Examiner from other University
6274.2015 WP.odt subject to depositing the necessary charges by the petitioner as per procedure. In response to the statement of the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that, the petitioner prays for sending the answer-sheets of examination held in the month of December, 2014 to the Examiner from other University and he will deposit the necessary charges.
4] In that view of the matter, the petitioner to deposit necessary charges. On depositing requisite charges by the petitioner, the respondents to send answer-sheets for revaluation to the Examiner from other University.
