After having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents, it transpires that subsequently, under communication dated 11th September, 2018, the respondents have revised the policy and non creamy layer certificates submitted even for the financial years 2017-2018 are considered and held to be valid. The petitioner has submitted non creamy layer certificate dated 09.03.2017.

According to the respondents, the petitioner was called for scrutiny of the documents on 04.12.2018, but the petitioner remained absent. Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the process is under way and now also the petitioner can appear. 3.

In view of the above, the petitioner shall appear before the

respondent/authorized officer on 05.02.2018 along-with necessary documents.
