Learned advocate for the petitioner fairly submits that, he would approach the proper authority challenging the impugned order dated 28.04.2023. His only prayer is that his vehicle be released which is seized on 22.04.2023 bearing No. MH-19-Z-7552. He prays for direction to the authorities to release the vehicle on depositing the amount of penalty of Rs. 75,521/-.

The writ petition is disposed off by directing the authorities - respondent No. 3 to release the vehicle of the petitioner on depositing of the entire fine amount within a period of two (02) weeks from today.

The petitioner is at liberty to approach proper authority. The order of depositing of fine amount shall be subject to outcome of the appeal before the authority.
