This application is filed by the family members of deceased/workmen for withdrawal of amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- deposited by respondent/accused pursuant to the direction of this Court.

While granting bail, respondent No. 1 was directed to show his bonafide and deposit amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- towards compensation, which he has deposited. Now the family members of workmen are seeking withdrawal of said amount. This cannot be done at this stage without following proper procedure. They are entitled to file appropriate proceeding seeking compensation. Application being devoid of merit is dismissed. [NITIN B. SURYAWANSHI, J.] Bhagyawant Punde
