Mr. Yeramwar the learned counsel submits that the petitioner has been issued with the caste certificate in form-c of Thakur Scheduled Tribe. The committee has rejected the proposal. According to the petitioner the same is rejected on the ground that caste certificate is not in proper form-c. 3.

We have heard the learned A.G.P.

A similar certificate issued to one Bhagyashri Narayan Thakur was considered by this Court under order dated 19.09.2018 in Writ Petition No. 10554 of 2018. The caste certificate in the said matter and the present

( 2 ) 953 wp 6795.19 matter is similar. This Court under order dated 19.09.2018 in Writ petition No. 10554 of 2018 has found that the said caste certificate to be in proper form-c and directed the committee to decide the validation proceedings on the basis of the same tribe certificate.

In light of the above, we direct the committee not to reject the proposal of the petitioner for validation on the ground that the caste certificate is not in proper form as it appears that the same is in proper form-c. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
