The applicants seek bail in Crime No.200 of 2024, registered with Bidkin Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 364-A, 365, 323, 504, 506, 143, 149 of the IPC.

Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail. Therefore, the applicants deserve parity. Hence, the following order :
