12.06.2019 P.C. :- The learned counsel submits that the petitioners have been issued a tribe certificate of Mannervarlu, Scheduled Tribe but with an incorrect spelling of Mannervarlu tribe. The petitioners have applied for corrected tribe certificate on 28.05.2019 the same is not yet issued. 2.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for the respondents. 3.

In fact it is a lethargy on the part of the petitioners. The petitioners were issued tribe certificates on 02.03.2009 with incorrect spelling of the tribe and it is only on 28.05.2019 the petitioners have applied for a corrected copy i.e. after ten years.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are students, we pass the

( 2 ) 924 wp 6744.19 following order:

ORDER

a) The petitioners shall submit the original tribe certificate with the incorrect spelling to the respondent no.2.

b) The respondent no.2 on petitioners submitting the original tribe certificate with an incorrect name shall issue the tribe certificates to the petitioners in proper form and with the correct spelling of the tribe Mannervarlu within one week.

c) Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
