Mr. Dahat, learned counsel for appellant/insurance company and Mr. Jahagirdar, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 4/original claimants, are present. Both of them submitted that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. They further submitted that compromise terms arrived between the parties are placed on record, which are verified by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. They submitted that in view of the terms of compromise, this appeal may be disposed of by drawing award accordingly.

Perused the report submitted by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court regarding verification of the compromise terms as well as the terms of compromise, which is part of the report submitted by the Registrar (Judicial). It is evident that the appeal has been amicably settled between the parties. The terms are arrived, which are recorded

The compromise arrived between the parties appear to be true and voluntary as per the report submitted by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. As such, the report submitted by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court is taken on record and marked as 'X' for verification. The terms of compromise arrived between the parties are also taken on record and marked as 'Y' for identification.

In view of the above, the following order is passed:

O R D E R

I.

The appeal is disposed of in view of amicable settlement between the parties.

II.

Award be drawn up according to the terms of compromise, which are marked as 'Y'.

III.

No order as to costs.

IV.

The payment be made to the claimants as per the terms of compromise.

V.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of.

VI.
