The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, petitioners in both the writ petitions are real brother and sister. The sister's proposal is of the year 2017 and the brother has filed proposal for validation recently. Both the petitioners are intending to appear for the NEET examination.

The learned Assistant Government Pleaders accept notice for respondents/State in respective writ petitions. 3.

The petitioners shall appear before the Committee on 30th July, 2021. Considering the fact that, the petitioners are exploring possibility of admission to the professional course, the Committee may endeavour to decide the validation proceedings by 15th September, 2021.

In the light of the above, the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
