The learned AGP relies upon the circular issued by the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad (Revenue Department), dated 13.02.2015. The Taluka level committee headed by the S.D.O. Ambejogai, is the authority which can look into the grievance of the Petitioner. The learned advocate for the Petitioner submits that the S.D.O. Ambejogai has already informed the Tahsildar Kaij, vide communication dated 18.04.2023, with regard to the modification in the 7/12 extract so as to delete the land which is already acquired.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with a direction to the Tahsildar, Kaij as well as the S.D.O. Ambejogai, to ensure that the grievance of the Petitioner is redressed within 90 days from today. [Y.G. KHOBRAGADE, J.] [RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.] mub
