The Petitioner prays that the pending proceedings before the Joint Charity Commissioner, bearing Appeal No.74/2021, be decided within a particular time frame. 2.

We are aware of the pendency before the Joint Charity Commissioner's Court. Merely because the Petitioner has approached the High Court, would not mean that the High Court should direct the concerned Court to decide the pending

5735.24wp (2) proceeding, out of turn, when it is not too old. Moreover, the application for condonation of delay is also pending. 3.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. If the delay application is allowed and the delay is condoned, the concerned Authority shall deal with the pending proceeding of the Petitioner, considering the date of lodging, in queue with pending matters. In short, as per the date of lodging, as and when the turn of the Petitioner would arrive for adjudication, the concerned Authority would proceed to decide the said proceeding. (Y. G. KHOBRAGADE, J.)
