Considering the challenge made to the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount to the extent of 50% of the amount deposited before this Court, on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this court. It is made clear that while calculating 50% amount, which is permitted to be withdrawn by the claimants, the amount of Rs.6.00 lacs each directed to be deposited in the name of minor claimants Nos. 2 and 3, shall not be considered. Civil application for withdrawal is disposed of.
